Roles & Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the construction of the basic strategy framework of the bidding advertisement full link and the design of the ranking and billing mechanism to create a healthy and long-term sustainable business ecology
2. In-depth playback of the data developed by the full link of the system Analyze and optimize algorithm strategies to improve customer delivery effects, including cost achievement, cold start volume, delivery effect stability, etc.
3. Optimize smart bidding and budget allocation algorithms to increase advertising within a given budget or cost target Capacity
4. Track the latest cutting-edge technologies such as deep learning, computational advertising, and recommendation systems, quickly realize and apply them to actual tasks, and then carry out data analysis and iterative optimization based on actual problems, and propose innovative solutions .
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, priority: master and doctor with professional background
2. Solid data structure and algorithm skills, strong programming ability, skilled use of C /C++/Python/Java/Scala and other programming languages are preferred: experience in massive data processing and distributed computing development, familiar with Spark and Flink big data computing frameworks
3. Traditional machine learning, deep learning related knowledge background , Priority: Advertisement/recommendation/search recall, sorting and other relevant practical experience, familiar with the TensorFlow/PyTorch framework
4. Active work attitude, strong sense of ownership and good teamwork spirit, willing to accept challenges
5. Have excellent learning ability, good logical thinking ability, pay attention to data analysis, and be able to find valuable laws from massive data
6. Have a strong sense of business orientation, Technology optimization serves the achievement of business goals.
