Customer Service/Live Chat Agent [Malaysia]


 

Job Descriptions:

  • Handling all inbound calls, chats & emails pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other escalating issues related to the company's products.
  • Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information. (Information about the data storage, quotation and etc.)
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
  • Project customer service - liaise with malaysia, singapore, taiwan, asia pasific customers.
  • Great experience for you to gain more knowledge and have confident to talk with people.

Job Requirements:

  • Interactive personal skills that fit the team and customer environment as well as adapt to change.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Salary: Up to RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Nusajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
