- Handling all inbound calls, chats & emails pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other escalating issues related to the company's products.
- Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information. (Information about the data storage, quotation and etc.)
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Project customer service - liaise with malaysia, singapore, taiwan, asia pasific customers.
- Great experience for you to gain more knowledge and have confident to talk with people.
