More about your roleAs an Exercise on Referral Instructor you will be responsible for putting our customers' needs first. You will carry out Exercise on Referral appointments, utilising the Refer-all computer system, that meet population needs, customer needs and partner requirements at all times. You will maintain a high level of knowledge, keeping abreast of new trends with the industry along with attending external & internal training regularly:
Supporting the delivery of the healthy communities strategy.
With the support of the Area Healthy communities manager, Seek opportunities to engage new/underserved communities driving our commercial and social values targets.
To work collaboratively with GM, FM and Area Healthy community managers to devise and implement a localised Healthy community action plan.
Assists the AHcom in data collection and reporting ensuring best practise is followed.

More about you
You will have experience of working within a health, fitness, sport or leisure team and experience of supporting people within your community, or close links to community groups. You will show desire and passion to make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of the local community.
All our Exercise on Referral Instructors should hold a relevant degree or suitable professional qualification relating to the position (Level 3 fitness instructor / EOR referral/ Exercise on Referral / Cancer/Cardiac Specialist).
