• Sound understanding of plant cycle, water/nutrient management, diseases and their control.
• Monitor and keep data of pH, temp, EC in container farms. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Perform and analyze tests to track results and make improvements
• Work with gardeners to do the necessary changes for the open-air projects.
• Perform calibrations for pH, EC, and water temp at the Farming Containers.
• Responsible for all weekly activities of Farms viz.:

+ Coir mixing
+ Nutrient weighing

+ Cleaning Containers/Greenhouse/open-air space
+ Visit different SAITEX (2,4,5) locations for checking the open-air plants

• Decent verbal communication skills
• Creative problem solver for the plants' health and production.
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• A bit flexible with working hours.
• Able to take initiative to recommend new plants for open-air plantations.
• Shall be able to work under the hot temperatures inside Greenhouse.
• Support in making monthly Purchase Requested.
• Fixing the everyday problems in farms.
• Mixing of compost/vermin-compost once a month.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Degree/ certificate for Agriculture.
• Previous experience is Agriculture works is desirable.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Excellent communicator; able to understand instructions and communicate effectively
• Knowledge of Different plants (vegetable/ fruits), diurnal, perennial plants.
• ENGLISH COMMUNICATION IS AN ADVANTAGE
