Job Title: Hotel Driver (with 3 and 6 licenses of Dubai)
Job Description:
As a Hotel Driver, your primary responsibility is to provide safe and efficient transportation services for hotel guests and staff. You will be responsible for operating hotel vehicles and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of passengers during their journeys. Possessing a valid 3 and 6 license issued by the Dubai government is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- 1. Safely and responsibly operate hotel vehicles, such as cars, vans, or buses, to transport guests and staff to designated locations.
- 2. Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, conducting regular inspections, and reporting any mechanical issues to the appropriate department.
- 3. Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring proper handling and loading/unloading from the vehicle.
- 4. Provide a high level of customer service, including greeting guests, answering their questions, and providing information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
- 5. Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely transportation services.
- 6. Adhere to all traffic regulations and laws while driving and maintain a safe driving record at all times.
- 7. Monitor vehicle fuel consumption and report any discrepancies or refueling needs.
- 8. Coordinate with the hotel concierge or front desk to ensure a smooth transportation experience for guests, including organizing airport transfers and local transportation requests.
- 9. Assist in other duties as assigned, such as running errands, delivering packages, or performing general hotel tasks when not actively driving.
- 10. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while representing the hotel.
Requirements:
1. Possession of a valid 3 and 6 driver's license issued by the Dubai government.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably within the hospitality industry.
4. Excellent knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic regulations, and locations of major attractions.
5. Ability to provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
7. Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Food + Accommodation + Transportation+ Medical + Visa + Insurance - will be provided by the company.

Salary: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
