Account Executive [Singapore]


 

Job Description:

  • Perform general bookkeeping and full set of accounting functions independently
  • $ads={1}

  • Assist in performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist in taxation matters including GST filing
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of AP, AR, Inventory sub-ledgers to GL and bank reconciliation
  • Assist in government statistic reports
  • Monthly preparation of Salary, CPF Submission (for headcount 15 staff)
  • Monitoring and up-dating Company' and workers’ Insurance, applying on line Work Permit, E Pass, SOC and other required courses for the workers
  • Any ad-hoc duties in the relating to daily administration of the office

Requirements:

1. Min Diploma in accountancy or equivalent

2. Min 3 years of full set accounts experience

3. Meticulous and keen to learn attitude

4. Prior experience in construction or design field would have an advantage
