Job Description:
- Perform general bookkeeping and full set of accounting functions independently

- Assist in performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting
- Assist in taxation matters including GST filing
- Perform monthly reconciliation of AP, AR, Inventory sub-ledgers to GL and bank reconciliation
- Assist in government statistic reports
- Monthly preparation of Salary, CPF Submission (for headcount 15 staff)
- Monitoring and up-dating Company' and workers’ Insurance, applying on line Work Permit, E Pass, SOC and other required courses for the workers
- Any ad-hoc duties in the relating to daily administration of the office
Requirements:
1. Min Diploma in accountancy or equivalent
2. Min 3 years of full set accounts experience
3. Meticulous and keen to learn attitude
4. Prior experience in construction or design field would have an advantage
