Tasks
- Full control of the whole customer sales cycle. Liaise with other teams to maximise your chance of success
- Become proficient with our CRM to manage your pipeline, analyse data, export reports and build actionable and data-driven plans
- Explore new opportunities for the sales team to improve lead generation and conversion rate
- Become an expert on our portfolio of housing and services
- Learn how to work with activity and output targets to ensure your and your team's success
- May need to work the US time zone when necessary
- You are a high-achieving student or a recent graduate
- Full-working proficiency in English is required. Additional European languages are a plus
- You are organised, highly detail oriented and thrive in accomplishing specific mission-driven tasks
- Strong international background through work and study abroad
- You have a passion for real estate, shared living and Habyt's mission
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
