To ensure the short and long term performance of Key Customers in the VET pillar through our Direct Distribution model at CDMX level by consolidating and growing the Health-Nutrition territory aiming at Individualization in a fast pace and highly competitive environment. The responsible will be directly accountable for managing around 50 customers. The responsible will be in charge of implementing a customer centric approach embracing and developing different profiles, creating personalized solutions to satisfy these customer’s demands while building a more efficient and effective business with DDM managers in CDMX. He/She will influence a high performance team of managers and multidisciplinary areas to meet goals and allocate the right resources to achieve this.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience of at least 3 years as Sales Associate in similar business models
- Previous experience dealing with Key Customers
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in Spanish and English
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead short and long term strategy of the Key customers at CDMX in direct distribution.
- Ensure the effectiveness of sales operations and aim at overachieving objectives of Key Customers through four Direct Distribution centers of Mexico (DDM) CDMX.
- Strengthen Customer and Key Opinion Leader relationships.
- Implement regional strategies concentrated on adapting our portfolio offer and services delivering tailor-made plans for customers ensuring perfect execution.
- Full accountability of Key Customers P&L and its long term development
- Yearly plans and building block generation for fueling local growth & profitability
